About a month+ ago I was surfing the BMB website. I was annoyed at the “Buy My Bikes” tag line being screamed at me every time I went to a new page. Soooo….
I went to the comments section and left a message that I thought the BMB was waaaaay tooo loud. I asked they tone it down, and figured this was a waste of time because no one listens or reads customer comments.
Wow! was I surprised when I got a personal email noting my comment and they thought it was a good idea to “turn it down”….and they did.
The BMB tagline is a classic and now we all can appreciate the touch this brings…without earplugs!
Job well done BMB!
