Dear Jim,
I wanted to write and let you know how enjoyable my experience was buying a bike at your store. I’m sure you hear it over and over. But what a pleasure it was working with Travis to find just the right bicycle! He is such a knowledgable and nice guy with a very silly, goofy sense of humor – right up my alley. I have told anyone that will listen to be sure to run not walk to your store if they are thinking of getting a bicycle and Travis will set ‘em right up. I’m trying to talk my mom into buying a bike; Travis said he got one for his mom, so he’s probably got the pitch down.
Anyway, I could go on and on with all that glowing nonsense, but I see from your website it’s just regular fare. You’re just sick of it right??
To top off the deal, I even got a hug. (customer for life!!!) It was an important thing – me getting this bike – for a number of reasons that I’ll spare you the details of. But it was a process, not a one time thing. I test-rode, thought about it. Test rode again. Travis built a different bike to test – ultimately the one I bought. There was no pressure, just a completely relaxed and nice feel to the whole methodology.
Anyway, the cycling world is new to me. I see some folks that are a little over-the-top about it (a-hem, my boyfriend for one) and it can be a little intimidating. But your place is so warm and welcoming and everyone promotes getting on a bike no matter what level you are.
So, thank you for opening up this nice store and creating a place that is so rare. I like just dropping in now to say hello and don’t even feel silly doing so.
Always,
Linda

Hey Gerald – you actually found a problem with the site. It’s now working. Thanks for taking the time to responde and comment.
