I paid for GLA, but something isn't working on my bike. What should I do?

June 06, 20241 min read

We're sorry to hear that your bike arrived not working perfectly. Our goal is for every bike we ship to be ready to ride as soon as the reassembly is complete. Below, we have some steps to help get your bike in tip top shape as soon as possible.

With so many different component systems and bike designs on the market these days, adjustments can range from quick and easy to more complex. The first thing we’d recommend is reaching out to our online Sales Support Advisors, who will be able to walk you through the issues you’re experiencing. Many times, on a new bike, something seemingly major like bad shifting performance can be easily remedied at home, sometimes even without tools!

If, by chance, we aren’t able to help you resolve the issue on your own, a local bike shop will likely be able to assist. We'll be happy to work with you to select an appropriate shop to bring your bike to. Our team will also be glad to help you get reimbursed when applicable for a local shop needing to make adjustments on a bike that we shipped.
